Here’s a nice casual trilby for when the sun decides to make an appearance.  If you’re going to be a “hat man” I think it’s wise to go somewhat understated (unless, you know, it’s a costume thing!) and this one fits the bill perfectly.

This new watch from Diesel is either meant for the constant traveler or the unashamed nerd, but who cares either way – it looks like a crazy device from the future!

This enormous multi-dialed wrist-bling features the ability to keep track of – and display – no less than 4 timezones at once, and has a cool blue/orange face and black leather strap.

No news on UK pricing as yet, but in the US it’s advertised at $300 (£185).

If anyone’s wondering what to get me for Christmas, I’d happily accept this new Palindrome Too watch by Philippe Starck for Fossil.

Almost impossibly thin and light, this innovative watch tells the time using two dials, each with a single hand – one for hours and one for minutes.  It is available in two colour combinations, black and silver and orange and grey.

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be available in the UK yet – at least not via Fossil’s UK website, so you’ll either have to wait or get it imported.  It’s selling for $150 in the US, so expect a price tag of around £100 when it does get here…

Hard Graft Phone Card Wallet

While not specifically made for iPhones, the Hard Graft Phone Card Wallet just happens to be exactly the right size for one.  Who’d have thought?  The benefit of this though is that it will just as happily hold any other phone – so long as it’s no larger.

Hand-made in Italy in fine grey leather this offering has 7 card slots and works in the same way as those “magic wallets” of old – i.e. the elastic holds the phone in and allows you to open it in either direction – just like the card wallets by J-Fold if you’ve seen them.

No, I’m not entirely sure why it’s called the iMojito either, but I’m sure there must be a good reason for it.  This black and blue polyurethane wallet (no leather here…) has a soft microfibre lining to keep your phone happy and six slots for cards and cash.  You can also charge your phone and have headphones plugged in without removing it from the case for convenience.

I think that my money’s probably still on the Case-Mate,  but hey – choices can’t be a bad thing…

These chunky cufflinks are hand made to order using real watch mechanisms salvaged from vintage watches, and as such no two pairs are exactly the same.  You don’t need to be a watch nerd or know what “steampunk” means to appreciate their industrial design.

Unfortunately the mechanisms don’t work and the winder is fixed, but that doesn’t stop them being a very classy and interesting addition to your besuited get-up.
